Our Original British Paella brings together succulent British chicken, fresh vegetables and authentic Spanish chorizo, creating the perfect balance of rich, smoky and savoury flavours.
Every paella is cooked individually in its own traditional paella pan, never as part of a batch. Our chef prepares each one to order using traditional Spanish techniques and professional paella equipment, allowing the flavours to develop naturally while creating beautifully cooked, flavour-packed rice.
We use only carefully selected ingredients, including La Marjal PDO paella rice from Valencia, premium extra virgin olive oil, authentic saffron and our chef's own signature blend of paella spices.
The result is a truly memorable paella — authentic Spanish craftsmanship, premium ingredients and a distinctly British touch, all cooked fresh especially for you.
