our kitchen from start to finish, using a carefully selected combination of British and Spanish ingredients.
We use La Marjal Protected Origin paella rice from Valencia, premium extra virgin olive oil, authentic saffron, and our chef’s own specially created blend of paella spices to achieve the perfect flavour in every dish.
