Chicken and prawns paella delivered

Our Mixt Paella combines the rich, robust flavours of our Chicken & Chorizo Paella with succulent prawns. The prawns are cooked separately rather than inside the paella, allowing guests who prefer not to eat seafood to enjoy the dish with just the chicken and chorizo.

Each authentic paella is individually prepared and cooked to order in its own traditional paella pan, rather than being prepared as part of a batch. Our chef uses authentic Spanish cooking methods and equipment, along with carefully selected ingredients: British boneless, skinless chicken, Spanish chorizo, and shell-on prawns sourced from our local fishmonger.

We use La Marjal Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) paella rice from Valencia, complemented by our chef’s signature blend of paella spices and saffron, creating an authentic and flavourful Spanish dining experience.
