Each authentic paella is cooked individually in its own paella pan—not as part of a batch—by our chef, using traditional Spanish methods and equipment. We combine a generous selection of vegetables and pulses with La Marjal protected-origin paella rice from Valencia, finished with our chef’s own blend of paella spices and saffron.
The result is a beautifully colourful, aromatic and flavourful paella that celebrates the simplicity and freshness of quality vegetables
